Welcome to Casa Bella, a new well appointed, comfortable villa in Playa Blanca located close to Rubicon Marina, and also very close to the beach of Las Coloradas. The location is ideal for anyone staying in the resort of Playa Blanca, with a taxi rank nearby, and also a supermarket for those all essential items whilst you are on holiday.

Upon entering the front door, you are naturally led into the open plan lounge which has an L shaped contemporary seating area being both comfortable and modern. No expense has been spared here as the owners have thoughtfully provided a flat screen TV, DVD and UK SAT System, for your enjoyment and relaxation. Carrying on through the lounge you reach the patio doors which open to the private pool. The pool is of course electrically heated during the winter months, so will always be perfect for those all needed dips!

A spiral staircase leads up from the lounge area to three airy bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which have shuttered windows. The bedrooms are well fitted and spacious having individually crafted furniture offering ample storage and comfort.

Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and share the well fitted family bathroom, whilst the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with full sized bath. From the master bedroom there is direct access to the upper terrace which boasts good sea views and further table and chairs for you to enjoy breakfast, morning coffee or a sundowner! There is a second staircase leading to the pool area and extensive ground floor terraces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for home dining, this area is open plan with a breakfast bar and also has an intimate seating area with bucket chairs for you to sit and relax whilst the allocated chef in your party whips up the culinary delights!

This relaxing area leads into the indoor dining room with a table and six chairs and additional access to the pool and garden. The garden has been planted with tropical plants and trees. There is also a private gated drive with space for 1 car.

The outdoor dining area is shaded, but should you want to top up that tan whilst dining, then the table is light enough to be easily moved into the Lanzarote sunshine.

A utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
